General Information
Please ensure your bedroom is firmly locked when leaving you room. You will be asked to produce your key card wallet when charging items to your room or when you are returning to the hotel late at night. Please note that for your safety the hotel has 24hr CCTV Surveillance in operation throughout all public areas.

In the event of an evacuation (continous ringing bells), follow the fire evactuation route on the back of your bedroom door, leaving the hotel by the nearest exit. The Fire Assembly point is located in the car park at the front of the hotel and around the side of the hotel. Periodically the management run a fire evactuation drill, notice of which will be displayed in the public areas.
We have extensive parking facilities on the hotel grounds. All parking is free of charge. Parking is at the owners risk. We also have reserved disability parking spaces at the front of the hotel. We recommend that you do not leave your valueables in the car.
Banking facilities are within a short distance of the hotel. Please contact reception for directions and opening times.
The nearest ATM is located in Town & Country Service Station which is just a two minute walk from the hotel.
If you make a purchase in Dick Dowling's Bar, our staff will be happy to offer you cash-back on any card payments.

Your guest room feature an in-room safe for the storage of your valueables. The safe is located in the wardrobe. To use, place items in the safe and close the door. Enter your own four digit password and press lock. To re-open, enter password and the door will open.
Smoking and Vaping is prohibited anywhere inside the building. Please help us to comply with this legal requirement.
Failure to comply with this law will incur a €150.00 fine. Smoke alarms are fitted in all of our bedrooms.
Please hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign outside your door if you do not wish to be disturbed.
An Iron and Ironing Board are located in the wardrobe of every bedroom. Should you require the use of a steam iron, please contact reception.
Hair Dryers are located in the drawer in your bedroom.
Tea and Coffee making facilities are located in the cabinet in each room. If you require a top up of these facilities please contact reception.
Laundry must be dropped to reception before 8.00 a.m. Monday to Friday to ensure next-day delivery. Laundry bags and price list are located in the desk drawer in your bedroom.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. No password is required, just select Ard Ri House from the list and you will be automatically connected.
If you require a boarding pass printed, please email info@ardrihousehotel.ie and we will gladly print it for you free of charge.
The in-room television is automatically set to display Channel 100 "Welcome". In order to watch television please press '1' and scroll through the available channels.
You may call another room by simply dialing the room number from the phone in your bedroom.
